How it works

  • Tell me about your story, about what you’re really looking forward to the most about your big day. Tell me what you need from your photographer. I will then tell you a little bit about me, about my approach and style… and from there we can work out whether we could make a good team.

  • After our chat, I will send you a booking link where a 20% deposit is payable and T&Cs are to be signed to secure your date in my calendar.

  • Over the next few months, some questions may or may not pop into your head. If I can help, just ask. There may be a videographer I can recommend, or a fabulous cake makers or two! And if you need a catch up over zoom a couple of weeks before the day itself, then I can certainly add that to my calendar.

  • I arrive about an hour before my start time with you and I text as I arrive just to keep communication clear. Then as soon as I knock on your door, my time with you begins… you enjoy the day you took months to plan and I use my eye to capture it all. Before I leave, I will give you a rough timescale for the delivery of your highlights and your full gallery.

  • Within 48 hours, you get to relive your day all over again! I send over a few images to enjoy and share with your guests. These won’t necessarily be the best images but a good summary of your day. Your full gallery follows generally within 2-3 weeks later, and perhaps a little longer during busy summer months.

  • If I have sent them during the day, try to wait until the evening until you have a chance to sit down and look through them with your other half. Your full gallery are best looked at on a bigger screen rather than a phone. You can share this gallery with all your guests and they can download all your images in high resolution. Make sure to check out all the features of the gallery when you receive it… so much possibility.

  • You may have chosen a product as part of your package. Once you have received your gallery and you’ve confirmed you’ve had a good look, I will send over your selection links for your box or your album.

    If you decide to print your images elsewhere, I beg you to avoid Photobox or any similarly cheap online labs… the results are pretty poor. It’s worth investing in high end professional labs that will do your images justice.
