Islington Town Hall Weddings: for a wide choice of amazing backdrops

I regularly shoot weddings at Islington Town Hall… London is very spoilt for utterly amazing registry offices which show off incredible original architectural features. Islington Town Hall is no exception with the addition of a fantastic neighbourhood full of brilliant vibrant backdrops.

Below, for a change, is the story of a very small but totally charming wedding. I only spent a few hours with Marty and Sian, but it’s crazy how we just “clicked”…

“Emily was so much more than photographer for us. She helped put our nervous minds at rest before and during the day. That is to say nothing of the incredible photos she captured on the day. We have photos of ourselves and our friends and family that we will treasure forever. We could not be more grateful to Emily, she made our entire day and it simply wouldn’t have been the same without her.”

So here are a few images from my time with the bride and groom. As usual, it’s a real mix of wide images that capture the energy and feelings of a specific moment, to narrower portraits of the couple.
